International Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, where data protection standards may differ from those in your country.

Where we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland to countries not recognised as providing adequate protection, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place - such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or equivalent mechanisms recognised under applicable law.
