How Stellr Interprets Dashas

Dashas are the Vedic timing engine: planetary periods that color each span of your life. Stellr uses them to answer "why now" and "what next."

In short

Stellr computes your Vimshottari Dasha sequence from your Moon's nakshatra, identifies the Mahadasha and Antardasha you are in now, and reads those planets through your chart to explain what the current period emphasizes and when it shifts.

Where the timeline starts

The Vimshottari Dasha (a 120-year cycle) begins from the ruler of your Moon's nakshatra at birth. That is why an accurate Moon position matters so much for timing.

Reading the current period

Stellr looks at your active Mahadasha (major period) and Antardasha (sub-period), then interprets those planets by their house, sign, strength and aspects in your chart — not in the abstract.

Turning it into an answer

Instead of showing a raw dasha tree, Stellr tells you in plain English what this period tends to bring, where the pressure or support lands, and roughly when the next shift comes — so you can ask "why does this phase feel like this" and get a grounded answer.
